Asked to photograph during the filming of "Following Ulysses' Gaze," a film by Greek filmmaker Angelopoulos, Koudelka immediately agreed. Wandering through the Balkans is at the heart of this film, which is similar in spirit to Koudelka's photographic history. This richly printed catalogue is more substantial than the Japanese catalogue published the same year under the film's title. Though 2000 copies of the catalogue were printed, this is an extremely scarce item.
