Starting in the 1920s, Eugene Goldbeck produced an extraordinary body of panoramic photographs of people and places throughout the world. This beautiful slipcased volume includes Goldbeck's photographs of the Third Annual Bathing Girl Revue held in Galveston in 1922, group baptisms, Babe Ruth's New York Yankees, Machu Picchu, and his spectacular elevated views of soldiers in full dress arranged to produce fully-proportional military insignias. This first monograph to do justice to Goldbeck's beautifully crafted work is further distinguished by featuring twenty magnificent panoramic foldouts.
A pristine, as new copy of this beautifully produced monograph.
