"Though [50 Photographs] includes all of Weston's genres--landscapes, nudes, still lifes, and portraits--it is an unusual selection, more edgy than iconic...The overall effect...is to make visible the real legacy of Weston's work, the way it influenced so much of what would come after."--David Levi-Strauss in The Book of 101 Books
A rare find in its original dust jacket; the book is Fine with some abrasion to board edges (especially at corners) being the only noteworthy flaw; dust jacket is edge worn with some chipping, including a half-inch piece missing from base of spine; some spotting to its front-edge; these flaws are mostly to the front of the jacket and spine and are clearly visible in the illustration.
