Bellocq's Storyville photographs were taken in the legalized red light district of New Orleans around 1912 and are all that remains of the photographer's work. His glass negatives were discovered and printed by the photographer Lee Friedlander in this book for the first time.

A Fine copy with light edge wear and rubbing being the only flaws.
