Tom Paiva Photographer's Showcase Portfolio
"Night photography has been a passion of mine for more than a dozen years. I enjoy the urban industrial landscape and see a certain power in the constructs of man. ... At night, their textures and shapes become more interesting, and often take on an appearance of greater importance. With night also comes a look of mystery, of the peculiar loneliness and isolation unique to industrialized societies."—Tom Paiva

Keith Carter Opening Friday Nov. 14, 5-7 pm,
Join us in our Santa Fe Gallery for the opening of Keith Carter: In the Company of Animals on Friday, November 14, 2003 from 5-7 pm. In the Company of Animals will be the first exhibition to showcase Carter’s animal photographs, gathering together work that spans twenty years of his career. Whether shooting a goat, elephant, bird, or dog, Carter’s uncanny visual intimacy offers insight into the mystery of the momentary connection between humans and the rest of animal kind. The exhibition continues through January 31, 2004.
