Andrew Buurman's portfolio The Serpentine Swimming Club
For those subjects pictured in the lake, the water acts as a visual border almost bisecting them, making them appear statuesque and strange. We can only guess what is submerged. In some of the pictures the swimmers look slightly mythical, somewhere between a folklore being and the Man from Atlantis.

Anthony Hernandez: Waiting for Los Angeles
Hernandez skillfully draws attention to the simple geometric beauty that can be found in even the most utilitarian fence, wall, or window. There is not a soul in sight, but there is a strong sense that someone has been here, and there is enough to grip the attention until they, perhaps, return.
This limited edition of 25 signed and numbered copies comes with an original print (pictured left) in a clamshell box. READ MORE
