Print Quality Standards All work must be processed to archival standards. All work must be in saleable condition, with an unblemished print surface and careful spotting of dust and imperfections. Sign and date your prints in pencil either on the front or the back. Do not sign the mat! If you limit your editions, note your edition numbers using a pencil. Example: 1/5. Do not put edition numbers on the mat! Mat Standards and Guidelines All work must be professionally matted using 100% rag board using the following guidelines. As a service photo-eye will mat your prints for a fee (see below). This fee will be deducted from your share of the retail price.- No over cuts in corners of the window cutouts - Straight cuts with clean bevels - Sufficient margins to isolate the image - No print corners visible - Do not sign the mat - Do not create a separate window for your signature Professional dry mounting of work is acceptable if archival materials are used.
