Photo-illustrated wrappers. 62 halftone illustrations. This elegant catalogue, which accompanied a traveling exhibition curated by the Stephen White Gallery of Photography, contains many rarely seen images. Included are images from numerous bodies of work, including Spanish Village, Pittsburgh, Portraits, and Dr. Schweitzer. All plates include the size of the original print and date of the negative. A Fine copy with very light edge wear and rubbing.

Helen Levitt: Color Photographs. Introduction by Roberta Hellman and Marvin Hoshino. Grossmont College, El Cajon, CA, 1980. 33 pp. Square quarto. Wrappers. 23 color reproductions. A fantastic collection of Levitt's color photographs. This small yet elegant catalogue is finely printed and beautifully designed. Very Fine.

The Legacy of James Van DerZee: A Portrait of Black Americans. Preface by Geno Rodriguez. Introduction by Robert H. Browning. Alternative Center for International Arts, 1977. Square Octavo. Photo-illustrated stiff, paper folio containing 4 loose pages of text and 18 images. "James Van DerZee has provided us with one of the most comprehensive historical documentation of Afro-American [sic.] life in existence; for this alone he will be remembered."--from Robert H. Browning's introduction. Loose sheets are Very Fine; folio has some rubbing, a trace of tanning, and just a bit of edge wear.
