Stand By is the most recent project by the collective Sputnik Photos. The photographers Andrei Liankevich, Agnieszka Rayss, Jan Brykczynski, Adam Panczuk, Rafal Milach, Justyna Mielnikiewicz and Manca Juvan try to fill the gap in visual story telling about Belarus with this book and figure out what is behind the slogan of 'the last dictatorship in Europe'.
