“Right Here, Right Now” is a collection of Polaroids taken between 1998 and 2008 by the Portuguese musician/photographer David Fonseca. Caught by a sudden musical success that thrived to the date, he collected some of the key moments behind the scenes with a Polaroid camera in this amazing new world.
However, instead of focusing on most common places of the music business, his images drift into a much more personal world, exploring his states of mind and moods. There’s blood, sweat and tears, but there’s also a sense of isolation and loneliness that echoes all throughout this sequence, underlined by several short texts describing one-minute actions that took place on that period.
