The hyper (un)real universe of Las Vegas is a place where reproduction
prevails over the original. Timtschenko documents with crisp irony the
fetish for historical architectural reproductions, the parallel excess of
merchandise and the peculiar representations of forests, oasis’ and
jungles. Each photograph is framed by a generous white border and
reproduced one or two to a spread.
