Photographs by Gary Lee Boas.
76 pp., 68 color illustrations., 8¼x11¾".
Boas's archive, based on his obsession with photographing famous people, presently consists of more than 80.000 images. The selection of pictures published here include the likes of Al Pacino, Grace Kelly, Mick Jagger, Robert Redford, Cher, Tom Jones and John Wayne, often on the way to somewhere, sometimes caught off-guard, yet always a celebrity. With little text, this publication features a clear, single image per page, reproduced on glossy paper and includes a brief index to help remind the reader who's who.
