The first printing is limited to 750 copies. Of this first edition, fifty copies have been numbered 1-50 and signed and numbered by David Carol. Each copy is accompanied by an original silver print signed and captioned by David Carol. Hiding Camper, 1999 accompanies numbers 1-25; USA Man, Maine 2002 accompanies numbers 26-50. The limited edition with silver print is harbound and slipcased.
