Publisher's Description
Walter Niedermayr, was commissioned by Linea di Confine, to carry out a study on one of the main constructions along the entire stretch of the Milano Bologna high speed line: the Modena flyover. The photographer also studied a construction site where particularly 'omega' types girders where produced for building the flyover. Any large construction site is a transient reality; hence the artist has examined it using his strategies of sequence and repetition, which encourage us to reflect on the transitory nature of the photographic representation of reality.
