Pamela Creevey
"I find serenity and stillness in discovering convergence of light, line, and texture that sing to my soul. In this process I fully embrace the ambiguity (perceptual, spiritual, intellectual) in which I experience my inner and outer worlds. With its inherent mystery and infinite expressive possibilities, the human form is for me an ideal vehicle for this journey. To achieve the level of intimacy I need to make these images, I shoot self-portraits and close friends only, none of whom are professional models."

William Henry Fox Talbot: Traces of Light William Henry Fox Talbot: Traces of Light
In 1834, Fox Talbot began experimenting with light-sensitive salts which eventually led to his invention of the positive-negative photographic process that is still used today. The Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, one of Spain's premier art publishers, has teamed up with another incredible Spanish publisher to produce this exquisite, scholarly volume on Talbot's work, reproducing each image in a 1:1 ratio. Beautiful!

Steve Fitch: Diesels and Dinosaurs Steve Fitch: Diesels and Dinosaurs
Fitch's photographs capture the feeling of travelling along America's highways, isolating views of truckstops, billboards, and neon motel signs. Mostly devoid of human subjects, the images provide a powerful and often humorous portrait of the commercial landscape of civilization.

Larry Fink: Boxing Larry Fink: Boxing
Twenty years ago Larry Fink's Social Graces proved the paper thin vanity of high society by comparing it to an earthy, robust Pennsylvania family. In this work, Fink delves deeper into beautiful irony by exposing the soft spot within the most brutal of sports—boxing. Fink reveals the spirituality, kindness, and dignity of American boxing culture in images rich with light and shadow, and respect.

Uta Barth: Moca Catalogue Uta Barth: MoCA Catalogue
This book faithfully reproduces the long out-of-print catalogue to Barth's first major museum exhibition, held at MoCA, Los Angeles, in 1995. Her seductive, blurred photographs of interiors suggest a lack of people, emphasizing the fact that architecture—and by implication, photographs—are containers of information. Only 100 copies of the limited edition were produced, each containing a hardcover and slipcased version of the catalogue. These limited editions are signed and numbered. The gorgeous Deluxe Limited Edition comes in a clamshell box with an original print mounted to archival Baltic Birch, limited to 45 copies, of which less than 5 copies remain.
