Carola Clift Exhibition Planned for Summer of 2004
Carola Clift sensibilities are expressed through both photography and painting. In the summer of 2004 Photo-Eye Gallery will mount a one person exhibition featuring works from both mediums. If you have further interest Clift's work look for an upcoming article on Clift in the January/February issue of the magazine Camera Arts available February 1st and please contact Wendy Lewis Gallery Director.
"The way I work in both media is very active: I’m participating in what is ‘becoming’ in front of me—whether it is a watercolor
or the way the elements in the view finder change in relation to one another. It’s like a dance. I do not calculate or contrive, I’m
not even really trying to ‘capture’ what I see, but rather to give visual form to the dance. I give it what it needs to evolve, to live
and breathe on its own."—Carola Clift
