"These ranchers work and live in direct, unmediated contact
with a landscape that is vast and spectacular, but also harsh
and overpowering; it is a brutally honest existence. I have
attempted to portray an experience of the place, and how I
found myself...suspended between inspiration and melancholy,
joy and loneliness."—Claudio Cambon

Dona
Ann McAdams: Caught in the Act.
A Visual History of Contemporary Multimedia Performance.
An irreverent book that transcends documentary reportage and
reveals with rare wit and energy a gloriously evanescent cutting-edge
form of theater: performance art. This project was published

Richard
Avedon Portraits

Avedon. Published to accompany a major exhibition
at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, this gem of a
book contains 50 tritone reproductions all neatly packaged

Julian
Germain: Steelworks.
For almost 150 years the British city of Consett "was
synonomous with iron and steel. But in 1980 the works were
shut and subsequently dismantled by the largest demolition
project in Europe." Germain's color photographs of the
town—reminiscent of Parr with their attention to irony
and a jarring color palette—are combined with historical
black-and-white photographs, producing a compelling documentary
project.

Parr Collector's Edition
This retrospective is rich in the wit and color that Parr's
work is best known for, also offering the first serious assessment
of the career of this major contemporary photographer. Parr
combines an urge to document with a bemusement about social
behavior. The limited edition comes in a clamshell box with
your choice of one of four original prints, signed and numbered
by the photographer. View the prints in the BookTease™
