Located on 600 acres in the northeastern mountains of Georgia. Approximately 40-50 residencies are offered each year for periods of two weeks to two months. Residents are provided a private cottage and asked to contribute $150 a week toward costs. Applicants send samples of work, resume, reviews, three letters of recommendation, $20 application fee.
