A strange choice; don’t I already have that book you say? No, you don’t. To see what many of us call great work made to have a life that is greater than anything it has had before, is a wonder I have rarely experienced. Through book craft, printing beyond the beautiful, editing with a surer hand, an almost totally new book of great power has been made. Thank you, Robert Adams, Gerhard Steidl, Joshua Chuang, and Victor Balko. This is the experience of great pictures that I need in these times.
