Publisher's Description

Matthew Pillsbury is fascinated by the spaces his compatriots occupy today, inhabited only by light screens. Television or computer screens, small luminescent rectangles in an often grandiose urban space that can be seen through the windows. The human presence is barely perceptible, reduced by the long exposure time to the status of uncertain shadows. This is the same process that Matthew Pillsbury uses in the other series presented here, "Museum Hours". Natural History museums have often caught the eye of photographers, here it is the visitors who become ghostly while the stuffed animals come to life.
