Roni Horn.

Photographs by Roni Horn. Text by Lynne Cooke, Louise Neri, Thierry de Duve, Clarice Lispector.
Phaidon, London, 2000. 160 pp., numerous color and black-and-white illustrations, 10x11½".

The first volume to date that takes a look at the broad range of images and writings produced by American artist Roni Horn. Gaining international reputation in the 80s for her minimalist-inspired work, Horn's reputation is now firmly cemented as a leading figure, on both sides of the Atlantic. Her rich color landscapes use the language of minimalism, but extend the meaning and discourse beyond the bounds of its previous manifestation.
