Born, Ann Arbor, MI

|
Met Channing Peake, a California Abstract Expressionist painter who was a contemporary of Pablo Picasso. A strong friendship ensued and I began to cross over from technician to artist.
|
|
|
1983
|
Began working with Douglas Kirkland, Los Angeles and NY based photographer. Spent two years as his first assistant, traveling extensively and learning the world of one of the world's top photographers.
|
|
|
1985
|
Worked with Arnold Newman, famous portrait photographer, who encouraged me to continue working with enviromental portraiture.
