Moves to New York City and works as a photographer's assistant for photographers Adam Bartos, Maria Robledo and Deborah Feingold among others.

1986 to present freelance photographer in New York City. Assignments and publications include Elle, Esquire, House Beautiful, Islands, Tiffany & Co., Travel & Leisure and Vogue among others.

1987
|
1987-1989 “Lower East Side Interiors” photographs synagogues, public buildings and landmarks on New York’s Lower East Side for exhibitions and collections.

1990
|
1990-1996 “Cuba the Elusive Island”-takes twelve one month trips traveling throughout the country photographing for exhibitions, collections and publication of the book of the same title.
|
|
|
1998
|
“Saints & Spirits-the Philippines”-spends six weeks photographing
Spanish Colonial architecture and religious ceremonies throughout the islands.

|
|
1999
|
1999-2004 Photographs ongoing projects including “Sagaponick Beaches”,
"Summer Houses"' “Panoramas”, for exhibitions and collections.
